In his six years as a real estate agent, Calvin Warren has maintained a passion for helping others obtain wealth. Specializing in the first-time homebuyer, he believes home ownership is the key to wealth-building and that everyone should have the opportunity to reap the rewards of owning a home.


An Atlanta native, Warren has experience as an on-site sales manager with Morris and Raper and as a condominium sales specialist. He sold the first phase of Sky Lofts Atlanta, which resulted in more than $12 million in closed transactions in less than a year — a coup for H.J. Russell & Company, a leader in construction and real estate development.


Other communities where he has experienced sales success include Sapphine Creek, Ellenwood Village, The Park at Ashford, Collier Point, Paces 325 and Berkeley Village. He also has experience in single-family homes sales, moving more than 35 homes in his first year in real estate. A member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, in 2004, Warren earned community-of-the-year honors for Arbors at Sandy Springs.

Warren, a member of the Million Dollar Club in 2004, 2005 and 2006, attended Georgia State University. He enjoys reading, traveling and sports and credits God with his many accomplishments. He is ready to satisfy all your real estate buying and selling needs.
