Kristy has over 11 years of experience in the banking, finance, and real estate industries. She began her career as a Branch Manager with Bank of America. The opportunity to work the underserved markets in Atlanta exposed her to the real estate investor market. Her role as Branch Manager for both Bank of America and SunTrust exposed her to a variety of clients beginning their financial lives to business owners working to build a legacy of wealth for their families. As she continued her career she worked with clients to assist them in the process of wealth building via stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and real estate.

In 1997 she co-founded Kreative Capital Investments, Inc. From the beginning, Kreative Capital’s roots were deeply grounded in helping clients to demystify the mortgage process. At Kreative Capital, Kristy started working with clients and their referrals to help them identify markets for investing, investor loan transactions, and property management. In 2004 Kristy became a licensed Real Estate Agent bringing together her extensive lending experience and love for real estate investing.

Kristy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University. She is a loving mother of four, and a devoted wife of 10 years.
